The creator of irreplaceable tokens “OSF” promised to create art for the rest of his life!

In just over two years, OSF has become a big personality in the world of irreplaceable tokens, leaving his job at Barclay’s to fully immerse himself in Web3, digital art, his project Rekt Guy and collecting rare things.

He’s a 34-year-old Englishman who’s pretty good at a bunch of things that matter today the world. He taught himself to code, understands what is wanted on the Internet and knows how to attract attention People. Although he does a lot of things, he mostly thinks of himself as an artist and someone who initiates interesting projects.

“I don’t like the idea of staying in one role. I am easily interested in many things and I think so i have a little bit of ADD. I enjoy different parts of the Web3 world and want to be a part of it all.”

Although initially a crypto skeptic, OSF entered the world of blockchain in early 2021 when he bought some Bitcoin, but it was his good friend Mando who provided the push needed by OSF to really capture NFT curiosity.

It wasn’t long until he found himself applying his past decade of experience as trader in traditional finance to the emerging new asset class of NFTs. Originally minting 150 copies of Bored Apes (0.08 ETH each) at the end of April 2021, OSF them sold most of it about a week later for five times the price, but remained large owner of Ape, teaming up with Manda in September 2021 to merge their collections.

The duo hit the headlines in February 2023, selling around 70 “monkeys” at of 78 ETH each in Blur’s offerings while liquidity returned to NFTs after it came to broadcast of the first season of Blur. Apes’ current price floor is 25.84 ETH, and NFT prices- and they fell for most of the collections from that cult store.

“We were not bearish towards the “monkeys”. We weren’t even in favor at this point NFTs. I know it looks like a great store now, but I’d be lying if I said that in that one moment I think NFTs will go where they are now. I didn’t really see it; I think it is that only became clear later,” says OSF.

OSF has hundreds of art ideas, but loves the spontaneous nature that art can draw from him, like the work he did called “Carnaby Street”, which was eventually sold at Sotheby’s for $75,600 in December 2022.

“The origin of “Carnaby Street” is a great example of how things often happen to me in the moment. I came to Barry’s training course and came too early. It was about 5 o’clock in the morning, and I just sat outside Soho in London, which is normally very busy. It was dead. It was not no one. It was getting close to sunrise and there were all these purple lights and I remember thinking, I have to draw this now,” says OSF.

He also stated that he would remain devoted to art in all forms for the rest of his life.
